This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your GUTSTARK Industrial Gas Fryer, 24 Liter capacity. This fryer is designed for intensive production in professional kitchens, offering continuous frying for large quantities of food. 1.1 Safety Instructions
Ensure proper ventilation in the operating area.
Only use LP gas as specified for this appliance.
Do not operate the fryer without sufficient oil.
Maintain a safe distance from hot surfaces and oil.
Always disconnect the gas supply before cleaning or maintenance.
Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the appliance.
In case of a gas leak, immediately shut off the gas supply, ventilate the area, and do not operate any electrical switches.

3. Setup
Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the fryer for any shipping damage. Report any damage to the supplier immediately.
Assembly:
Attach the four legs to the base of the fryer. Ensure they are securely fastened.
Place the grid inside the oil tank.
Install the chimneys at the designated points.
Placement: Position the fryer on a stable, level, non-combustible surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate clearance from walls and other equipment for safety and maintenance.
Gas Connection: Connect the fryer to an LP gas supply using a certified gas hose and regulator. All gas connections must be performed by a qualified technician and checked for leaks using a soapy water solution.
Oil Filling: Fill the oil tank with cooking oil up to the indicated maximum fill line. Do not overfill or underfill.

4. Operating Instructions
Initial Startup:
Ensure the oil tank is filled to the correct level.
Open the main gas supply valve.
Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature (between 93°C and 205°C). The fryer will automatically ignite and begin heating the oil.
Frying:
Once the oil reaches the set temperature, the indicator light will turn off.
Carefully place food into the baskets and slowly lower them into the hot oil. Do not overload the baskets.
Fry until the food is cooked to the desired crispness and color.
Lift the baskets and allow excess oil to drain before removing the food.
Temperature Control: The automatic thermostat maintains the set temperature, ensuring uniform cooking and consistent results.
Shutting Down:
Turn the thermostat knob to the "OFF" position.
Close the main gas supply valve.
Allow the oil to cool completely before attempting any cleaning or maintenance.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Daily Cleaning
Ensure the fryer is completely cool and the gas supply is off.
Oil Draining: Use the integrated oil drain system. Open the drain valve and allow the oil to flow into a suitable heat-resistant container.
Remove the baskets and grid. Clean them with hot soapy water and a non-abrasive brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
Wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces of the fryer with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or steel wool, which can damage the stainless steel finish.
Rinse with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
5.2 Regular Inspection
Periodically check gas connections for any signs of wear or leaks.
Inspect the thermostat and control knobs for proper function.
Ensure the chimneys are clear of obstructions.
6. Troubleshooting
