Product Overview
The Shark CryoGlow LED Face Mask is a MedSpa-inspired device designed for at-home skincare treatments. It combines high-energy LEDs, deep-penetrating infrared light, and under-eye cooling technology to deliver clinically tested results for anti-aging and blemish repair. The mask offers four unique treatments to address various skin concerns.

Safety Information
Keep out of the reach of children. Always read the user guide thoroughly before first use. Do not apply skincare products before using the mask unless specified. Ensure proper fit to avoid discomfort and maximize treatment effectiveness.
Setup
- Charge the Remote: Fully charge the remote control before first use using the provided USB-C charging cable and plug.
- Prepare Your Face: Start with a clean, dry face. Do not apply skincare products before using the mask.
- Position the Mask: Put on the mask and adjust the straps for comfort. Ensure the chill pads lightly touch the skin under your eyes for optimal contact.
- Adjust Straps: Slide buckles simultaneously to adjust the back strap. Adjust the top strap to move the mask up and down your face for a personalized fit.

Operating Instructions
The Shark CryoGlow offers four distinct treatment routines. Use the remote control to navigate and select your desired routine.
- Better Aging Treatment:
This 6-minute routine utilizes Red & Infrared LEDs to minimize fine lines and firm sagging skin. Recommended for daily use for at least 8 weeks. Results from a 12-week clinical study with 60 subjects and 1x/day use showed visible improvements.

- Skin Clearing Treatment:
An 8-minute session using Blue & Infrared and Red LEDs to reduce acne and redness for a more even and clear complexion. This is a chemical-free acne-clearing treatment. Results from a 12-week clinical study with 59 subjects and 1x/day use showed significant reduction in acne and breakouts.

- Skin Sustain Treatment:
This 4-minute routine uses red, blue, & infrared LEDs to enhance skin radiance and preserve optimal skin condition. Use this routine after completing an 8-week cycle of Better Aging or Skin Clearing treatments to maintain results.

- Under-Eye Revive Treatment:
An adjustable 5-15 minute under-eye cooling treatment powered by InstaChill Cold technology. This routine helps visibly tighten under-eyes in one use with 3 temperature-controlled chill levels. It can be used as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with other routines.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water after each use. Ensure the mask is turned off and unplugged from any power source before cleaning.
- Storage: Store the mask and all components in the provided storage bag. Ensure the mask is completely dry before putting it away.
- Charging: Fully charge the remote control before first use and as needed. The runtime is approximately 3 hours for a full session.

- Q: What if I miss a day?
A: Consistency is key for results. However, don't be discouraged if you miss a day; simply resume your routine the next day.

- Q: What if I can't achieve proper contact under the eyes?
A: Try the mask with the additional clip-on chill pads available in the box to improve fit and comfort.
