Setup

1. Charging the Smartwatch

Before initial use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and to a standard USB power adapter (not included). A full charge typically takes approximately 1.4 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the functional crown (side button) for a few seconds until the boAt logo appears on the screen.
• To Power Off: From the watch face, swipe down to access quick settings, or navigate to the settings menu. Select the power icon and confirm power off. Alternatively, press and hold the functional crown and select 'Power Off'.

3. Pairing with Your Smartphone

To unlock the full potential of your Ultima Ember smartwatch, pair it with the boAt Crest app on your smartphone.

1. Download the boAt Crest app from your smartphone's app store (available for Android and iOS).
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open the boAt Crest app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
4. Select 'Add Device' or 'Pair New Device' within the app.
5. The app will search for nearby devices. Select 'Ultima Ember' from the list.
6. Confirm the pairing request on both your smartphone and the smartwatch.

Operating Instructions

1. Display and Navigation

The Ultima Ember features a 1.96-inch (4.97 cm) AMOLED display with a resolution of 368x448 pixels, offering clear visuals and vibrant colors. It also supports Always-On Display (AOD).

Functional Crown

The functional crown on the side of the smartwatch allows for intuitive navigation. Rotate it to scroll through menus, notifications, and lists. Press it to select items or return to the watch face.

2. Bluetooth Calling

Maintenance

Water Resistance

Cleaning

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and a power source for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Make sure the watch is within Bluetooth range of your phone.
  3. Restart both your phone and the smartwatch.
  4. Clear the Bluetooth cache on your phone (if applicable) and try pairing again.
• Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above your wrist bone. Clean the sensors regularly.
• Short battery life: Reduce screen brightness, disable Always-On Display, limit background app refresh, and ensure frequent GPS usage (if applicable) is minimized.
• Notifications not appearing: Check notification settings in the boAt Crest app and your phone's system settings to ensure permissions are granted for the app to display notifications.
