    • Avoid fully discharging the battery.
    • Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Tire Pressure: Check tire pressure before each ride. Maintain recommended PSI for optimal performance and safety.
  • Brake Inspection: Regularly inspect brake pads and rotors for wear. Adjust or replace as needed.
  • Chain Lubrication: Keep the chain clean and lubricated for smooth gear changes and to prevent rust.
  • General Cleaning: Clean the bike with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components.
  • Fastener Check: Periodically check all bolts and fasteners to ensure they are tight.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Jasion EB6, try these basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Bike not powering on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly seated. Check all electrical connections.
  • Motor not assisting: Verify the PAS level is set above 0. Check if the brake levers are engaged, as this can cut motor power.
  • Brakes feel weak: Inspect brake pads for wear. Ensure brake cables (if mechanical) are properly tensioned or hydraulic fluid levels are adequate.
  • Unusual noises: Stop riding immediately and inspect the source of the noise. Check for loose components or rubbing parts.

For more complex issues or if troubleshooting steps do not resolve the problem, please contact Jasion customer support.
