5. Maintenance and Care
5.1 Cleaning the Device and Brush Heads
- After each use, detach the brush head and rinse it thoroughly under running water to remove any cleaning solution or debris.
- The main unit can also be rinsed under water due to its IPX7 waterproof rating. Ensure the charging port cover is sealed.
- For squished bristles, immerse the brush head in boiling water for a few minutes to help restore their shape.
- Wipe the main unit and handle with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.2 Storage
Store the electric spin scrubber and its accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the device is fully charged before long-term storage to maintain battery health.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is low, charge the device for at least 3 hours.
- Brush head stops spinning or slows down: This may indicate low battery or excessive pressure being applied. Charge the device or reduce pressure during cleaning.
- Brush head detaches during use: Ensure the brush head is securely attached by pushing it firmly onto the rotating shaft until it clicks.
- Reduced cleaning performance: The brush heads may be worn out. Replace them with new ones for optimal performance.
