Descaling

If you live in an area with hard water, mineral deposits can build up over time. Descaling is recommended every 2-3 weeks, or monthly in moderately hard water areas, to maintain optimal performance.

  1. Prepare a descaling solution (e.g., a mixture of water and white vinegar or a commercial descaling agent).
  2. Pour the solution into the water reservoir.
  3. Run the self-cleaning cycle as described above.
  4. After draining the descaling solution, rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water and run several cycles with fresh water to remove any residual solution.
