3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Boat Batteries
- Locate the two rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries for the boat.
- Connect each battery to the provided USB charging cable.
- Plug the USB cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included).
- The indicator light on the USB cable will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Charging time is approximately 60-90 minutes per battery. Each fully charged battery provides about 15 minutes of runtime.

3.2 Installing Boat Batteries
- Carefully open the deck hatch latch on the top of the boat.
- Remove the leakproof hatch cover.
- Connect a fully charged Lithium-Ion battery to the boat's power connector.
- Place the battery inside the compartment.
- Ensure the leakproof hatch cover is securely re-attached and the deck hatch latch is closed to prevent water entry.

3.3 Installing Remote Control Batteries
The remote control requires 1.5V AA batteries (not included).
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Open the battery cover.
- Insert the required AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery cover securely.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Pairing the Remote Control with the Boat
- Ensure both the boat and remote control have fresh or fully charged batteries installed.
- Place the boat in fresh water. The water-sensing safety switch will activate the boat's power.
- Turn on the remote control. The indicator light on the remote will flash.
- The remote control will automatically pair with the boat. Once paired, the indicator light on the remote will become solid.
4.2 Basic Controls
- Throttle Trigger: Pull to move forward, push to move backward.
- Steering Wheel: Turn left to steer the boat left, turn right to steer the boat right.
- Water Spray Button: Press the designated button on the remote to activate the water spray function.

4.3 Capsize Recovery Function
If the boat flips over, press the recovery button on the remote control multiple times. The boat will gradually right itself, allowing you to continue operation without manual intervention.

4.4 Low Battery Alert
When the boat's battery power is low, the remote control will flash red and emit an audible alert. This indicates it's time to bring the boat back to shore for battery replacement or recharging before it stops operating.
5. Maintenance
- After each use, remove the boat from the water and thoroughly dry it with a soft cloth.
- Open the battery compartment and dry any moisture inside.
- Remove the boat batteries and remote control batteries if storing for an extended period.
- Inspect the propellers for any debris (e.g., weeds, string) and carefully remove them.
- Store the boat and remote control in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
