It features dual USB/XLR connectivity, customizable RGB lighting, and advanced software support for optimal sound control. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper setup and operation.

The PD100XS offers a 24-bit/48kHz sampling rate for improved sound detail, double noise cancellation through a customized dynamic microphone core and Maono Link software, precise RGB brightness adjustment, and a convenient tap-to-mute function. It is compatible with Windows, Mac OS, PC, Laptop, PS4/PS5, and audio mixers.

Note: XLR cable is not included.

Setup

Follow these steps to set up your MAONO PD100XS microphone:

  1. Assemble the Boom Arm: Securely attach the mic boom arm to your desk using the provided C-clamp. Adjust the arm to your desired position.
  2. Attach the Microphone: Mount the dynamic microphone onto the boom arm. Ensure it is firmly attached.
  3. Connect the Microphone: You have two connectivity options:
    • USB Connection: Connect the supplied USB-C to USB-A/C cable from the microphone's USB-C port to an available USB port on your PC, Laptop, PS4, or PS5. This mode allows access to Maono Link software features.
    • XLR Connection: (XLR cable not included) Connect an XLR cable from the microphone's XLR port to a compatible audio interface or mixer. This mode is ideal for advanced audio setups.
  4. Install Maono Link Software (for USB Mode): For advanced control over sound settings and RGB lighting, download and install the Maono Link software from the official MAONO website. The software is compatible with Windows and Mac OS.
