The iPhanmis X20 is an all-in-one smart device combining a fitness tracker, Bluetooth call smartwatch, and TWS earbuds. It features a 1.43-inch round AMOLED touch display and is designed for seamless integration with your smartphone.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, ensure both the smart watch and earbuds are fully charged.

• Watch Charging: Connect the provided charging cable to the watch's charging port and a USB power source.
• Earbuds Charging: Place the earbuds into their designated slots within the smart watch. The watch acts as a charging case for the earbuds, capable of providing 2-3 full charge cycles.

Charging time for the watch is approximately 2.5 hours. Earbuds music time is approximately 3.5 hours per charge.

3.2 App Installation and Pairing

To unlock the full potential of your X20 Smart Watch, download and install the companion application.

1. Download App: Scan the QR code provided in the watch interface or search for 'FitCloudPro' in your smartphone's app store (compatible with Android 4.4 and above; iOS 8.0 and above).
2. Register/Login: Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
3. Pair Watch: Open the FitCloudPro app, navigate to the device section, and search for your X20 Smart Watch. Select it to pair. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
4. Pair Earbuds: Once the watch is paired, the earbuds will typically pair automatically when removed from the watch. If not, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and manually pair the earbuds (they may appear as 'X20 Earbuds' or similar).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Smart Watch Operation

• Touch Screen: Navigate through menus and select options by swiping and tapping the 1.43-inch AMOLED display.
• Power On/Off: Press and hold the side button for 2 seconds to power on, or 3 seconds to shut down.
• Time/Date: The watch can set the time in 12-hour or 24-hour format, typically synchronizing with your paired smartphone.
• Shake to Take Photos: Enable this feature in the app to remotely control your phone's camera by shaking your wrist.

4.2 Earbud Touch Button Functions

The earbuds feature touch controls for various functions:

• Language Switch (before pairing): 4 keystrokes to switch between Chinese and English.
• Power On: Press for 2 seconds.
• Reject Call: Press for 1.5 seconds during an incoming call.
• Power Off: Press for 3 seconds.
• Answer/Hang Up Call: Double-click the key.
• Wake Up Voice Assistant (SIRI/Android): 4 keystrokes.
• Play/Pause Music: Double-click the key.
• Previous Track: Triple-click on the left earbud.
• Next Track: Triple-click on the right earbud.

5. Health Monitoring

The X20 Smart Watch is equipped with sensors to monitor various health metrics:

• Heart Rate Monitor: Provides 24-hour continuous heart rate tracking.
• Sleep Monitor: Evaluates sleep quality by tracking in-depth sleep stages (awake, light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep). Data is available in detail via the FitCloudPro app.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Water Resistance

The X20 Smart Watch is rated IP67 for water resistance. This means it is protected against dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use such as handwashing, rain, and sweat. However, it is not recommended for swimming, diving, or hot showers/saunas as steam and hot water can damage the seals.

7.2 Cleaning

Regularly clean your smart watch and earbuds to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.

• Wipe the watch screen and body with a soft, damp cloth.
• For earbuds, gently clean the touch sensors and charging contacts with a dry cotton swab.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

9.1 Common Issues and Solutions

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and a power source.
• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the earbuds are charged. Try resetting the earbuds to factory settings (see below).
• App not connecting to watch: Ensure Bluetooth is on, the app has necessary permissions, and the watch is within range. Restart both the watch and your phone.
• Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensor regularly.

9.2 Resetting Earbuds to Original Settings
