5. Operating (Usage)
Using the Main Bed:
Place a full-size mattress (recommended thickness 6"-8") directly onto the bed slats. The sturdy frame provides ample support without the need for a box spring.
Using the Trundle Bed:
The twin-size trundle bed is designed to slide out smoothly from beneath the main bed. Simply grasp the front panel and pull it outwards. To store, push the trundle back into place until it is fully concealed under the main bed. Ensure a twin-size mattress (recommended thickness 4"-6") is used on the trundle.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the bed frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish.
- Hardware Check: Periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
- Wood Care: Protect the wood from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes to prevent warping or cracking.
- Trundle/Drawer Rails: Keep the trundle and drawer rails free of dust and debris to ensure smooth operation.
7. Troubleshooting
- Squeaking Noises: Squeaking often indicates loose hardware. Re-tighten all bolts and screws on the bed frame and slats. Ensure the mattress is properly seated.
- Trundle/Drawers Sticking: Check for any obstructions in the tracks. Ensure the casters/slides are clean. If the issue persists, verify that the trundle/drawer assembly is square and not warped.
- Bed Feels Unstable: Double-check that all assembly steps have been completed correctly and all hardware is fully tightened. Ensure the bed is on a flat, level surface.
- Missing Parts: If you discover missing parts during assembly, refer to the package contents list and contact customer support immediately.
