M33 Drone Flight Modes

Figure 4.1: Examples of advanced flight modes including Headless Mode, Stunt Roll, Trajectory Flight, and Gesture Photography.

  • Obstacle Avoidance: The drone is equipped with a four-way perception system to detect and avoid obstacles automatically. Ensure this feature is active in challenging environments.
  • Headless Mode: In this mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, making it easier to control regardless of the drone's front direction.
  • Trajectory Flight: Draw a path on the APP screen, and the drone will automatically follow the designated route.
  • Stunt Roll (360° Flip): Press the stunt roll button and move the right joystick in the desired direction to perform a 360-degree flip. Ensure sufficient altitude.
  • Gesture Photography: Perform specific hand gestures in front of the camera to trigger photo or video recording. Refer to the APP for specific gestures.
  • Optical Flow Positioning: Provides stable hovering indoors or in areas with good ground texture.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone body and camera lenses. Avoid using liquid cleaners.
  • Propeller Inspection: Regularly check propellers for cracks, bends, or damage. Replace any damaged propellers immediately using the provided spares.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. If storing for extended periods, charge batteries to approximately 50% capacity.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the drone and store it in its high-end portable storage bag to protect it from dust and damage.
