  2. Open the lid of the vacuum sealer.
  3. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat and is not over the sealing strip.
  4. Close the lid and press down firmly on both sides until you hear two "click" sounds, indicating the machine is properly locked.
  5. Select Food Mode: Press the "FOOD" button to choose between "Dry" or "Moist" mode based on your food type.

    • Normal Mode: For firm food items.
    • Soft Mode: For delicate or crushable food items, allowing for manual control of vacuum pressure.
  7. Press the "VAC & SEAL" button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air from the bag and then seal it. The indicator lights will show the progress.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your vacuum sealer.

  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. The stainless steel surface is designed for easy cleaning.
  • Cleaning the Vacuum Chamber: The smooth cambered vacuum chamber can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth to remove any food residue. Ensure it is dry before closing the lid.
  • Cleaning the Sealing Strip: Gently wipe the sealing strip with a soft, damp cloth. Be careful not to damage the heating element.
  • Checking Gaskets: Periodically inspect the foam gaskets around the vacuum chamber for any signs of wear, tears, or food debris. Clean them gently. Replace if damaged (replacement gaskets are included).
  • Storage: Store the machine with the lid unlocked to prevent compression of the gaskets, which can lead to poor sealing over time. Store in a cool, dry place. Its compact size (14.9 x 5.7 x 3.5 inches) makes it easy to store in a kitchen drawer or cabinet.
