Setup Instructions

1. Surface Preparation

For optimal suction, ensure the mounting surface is clean and dry. Use the provided alcohol wipes to clean the area thoroughly. Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding.

Important Note:

• For smooth, non-textured surfaces (e.g., windshields, glass, ceramic tiles, polished metal), the suction cup can be applied directly.
• For smooth yet textured surfaces (e.g., some dashboards, vinyl), use the included adhesive pad to create a smooth base for the suction cup. Avoid mounting on fluctuating or uneven surfaces.
• To check surface smoothness without the adhesive pad: Scratch a circle with your fingernail. If the surface feels smooth and makes no sound, it is suitable for direct mounting.
• Do NOT mount the adhesive pad on uneven car dashboards.

2. Mounting the Holder

1. If using the adhesive pad for textured surfaces: Peel off the protective film from the sticky side, place it firmly on the desired clean surface, press down, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to ensure strong adhesion.
2. Place the suction cup of the phone holder onto the prepared surface (or directly onto a smooth surface).
3. Press down firmly on the holder and rotate the twist-lock mechanism clockwise towards "TIGHT" until it is securely fastened. This activates the vacuum suction for a strong hold.

Operating Instructions

1. Attaching Your Phone

The holder features a powerful double coil N52 Rubidium magnet. Simply bring your MagSafe-compatible phone or phone with a magnetic ring close to the holder, and it will snap securely into place. The enhanced 18N magnetic force ensures your phone stays firmly attached, even during sudden braking or on rough roads.

2. Compatibility

This holder is widely compatible with MagSafe-enabled iPhones (iPhone 12 through 16 series) and MagSafe cases. For iPhone 11 and earlier models, Android phones, or non-magnetic cases, use the included magnetic iron ring. Attach the ring to the outside of your phone case for optimal magnetic connection. The holder is compatible with most phone cases no thicker than 5mm (0.02 inches). Credit cards in cases must be removed to avoid interference.

3. Adjusting the Angle

Maintenance

• Cleaning the Suction Cup: If the suction cup becomes dusty or loses its tackiness, rinse it with warm water and let it air dry. This will restore its original suction power.
• Cleaning Surfaces: Use the provided alcohol wipes to keep mounting surfaces clean for optimal adhesion.
• Storage: When not in use, fold the holder for compact storage.

Troubleshooting

• Holder not sticking: Ensure the surface is clean and dry. For textured surfaces, use the adhesive pad. Make sure the twist-lock mechanism is fully tightened to create a strong vacuum seal.
• Phone slipping from magnet: Verify that your phone or case is MagSafe compatible or that the magnetic iron ring is correctly applied to the outside of your case. Ensure your phone case is not thicker than 5mm (0.02 inches). Remove any credit cards from your phone case.
• Holder becoming loose: Re-tighten the twist-lock mechanism. If the suction cup is dirty, clean it as described in the Maintenance section.
