3. Assembly Instructions
This cabinet requires assembly. Please refer to the dedicated step-by-step instruction manual included in your package for detailed assembly guidance. Ensure you have adequate space and the necessary tools before beginning.
General Assembly Steps (Refer to separate manual for specifics):
- Unpack all components and hardware. Organize them according to the parts list in your separate instruction manual.
- Assemble the main frame of the cabinet, ensuring all connections are secure.
- Install the fixed internal shelves into their designated positions.
- Assemble the four drawers and install the drawer slides into the cabinet frame.
- Attach the four cabinet doors and adjust hinges for proper alignment.
- Install all handles onto the drawers and doors.
- Attach the anti-tipping hardware to the back of the cabinet and secure it to a wall stud.

4. Setup and Placement
Once assembled, position your HOSTACK buffet sideboard cabinet in its desired location, ensuring it is on a level and stable surface.
- Location: This cabinet is designed for use in dining rooms, kitchens, or living rooms. Avoid areas with extreme temperature changes or direct exposure to moisture.
- Leveling: If the floor is uneven, use shims under the base to ensure the cabinet is level and stable.
- Wall Anchoring: For safety, always secure the cabinet to a wall using the provided anti-tipping hardware. This is crucial to prevent accidental tip-overs, especially in households with children or pets.
5. Operating Instructions
The HOSTACK buffet sideboard features four easy-glide drawers and four cabinet doors for storage.
- Drawers: To open, gently pull the black handle. To close, push the drawer firmly until it is fully seated. Avoid slamming drawers to ensure longevity of the easy-glide mechanism.
- Cabinet Doors: To open, pull the black handle. To close, push the door until it latches securely. Ensure doors are fully closed to protect contents from dust.

6. Maintenance and Care
Proper care will help maintain the appearance and longevity of your cabinet.
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which can damage the finish. Dry immediately with a clean cloth.
- Spills: Clean up spills immediately to prevent staining or damage to the engineered wood.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Sunlight: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your cabinet, refer to the following common solutions:
- Doors/Drawers Not Aligning: Check that the cabinet is on a level surface. Adjust the hinges on the doors as needed (refer to your separate assembly manual for hinge adjustment instructions). For drawers, ensure the slides are correctly installed and not bent.
- Cabinet Wobbles: Ensure all assembly screws are tightened. Verify the cabinet is on a level surface. If necessary, use shims under the base. Confirm the anti-tipping hardware is securely installed.
- Loose Handles: Tighten the screws securing the handles from the inside of the drawer or door.
