4. Safety Information

5. Installation Guide

Follow these steps for proper installation of your T-SUN Solar Shed Lights:

Place the solar panel in direct sunlight for 2-3 seconds to activate the light. A flashing red indicator light on the light fixture confirms successful activation. Then, turn on the main switch button on the lamp head.
  2. Select Installation Location: Choose a suitable wall or surface for mounting the solar panel. It must receive 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily for optimal charging.
  3. Mark Position: Hold the solar panel bracket against the chosen surface and mark the positions for drilling.
  4. Drill Pilot Holes: Use an appropriate drill bit to drill pilot holes at the marked positions.
  5. Insert Screw Plugs: Push the provided expansion plugs into the drilled holes.
  6. Mount Solar Panel: Position the solar panel bracket against the wall, aligning the holes, and secure it using the included screws.
  7. Adjust Solar Panel Angle: Adjust the angle of the solar panel to maximize sunlight exposure throughout the day.
  8. Mount Light Fixture: Use the integrated hook on the light fixture for quick mounting on a roof, beam, rack, or ceiling inside your shed, garage, or other desired location.
  9. Adjust LED Panels: Manually adjust the five LED panels to direct light where needed.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Charging

The solar panel automatically charges the internal battery during the day when exposed to direct sunlight. Ensure the solar panel is clean and free from obstructions for efficient charging. A full charge typically takes 6-8 hours of direct sunlight.

6.2. Remote Control Overview

The included remote control allows you to manage the light's functions from a distance. Ensure the remote has a clear line of sight to the light fixture for optimal performance.

6.3. Lighting Modes

Select your desired lighting mode using the remote control:

  • Mode 1 (Motion Sensor): Stays dim at night, brightens to 100% for 20 seconds when motion is detected.
  • Mode 2 (Motion Sensor): Stays off at night, brightens to 100% for 20 seconds when motion is detected.
  • Mode 3 (Constant On): Always on at night, from dusk to dawn, at 25% brightness.
  • Mode 4 (Motion Sensor - Full Day): Stays off, brightens to 100% for 20 seconds when motion is detected. This mode works during both day and night.
  • Mode 5 (Constant On - Full Day): Constant on all day at 25% brightness. If the battery level drops below 50%, it automatically switches to Mode 4.

6.4. Brightness Adjustment

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control to adjust the brightness level. The light offers 4 adjustable brightness levels (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%).

6.5. Timer Settings

The remote control includes timer settings for 2H, 4H, and 6H. These timer functions are only applicable to Mode 3 and Mode 5.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Solar Panel: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures optimal charging efficiency.
  • Light Fixture: Clean the light fixture with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
