Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean the earphones and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the charging contacts on both the earphones and the case are free of dust and debris.

Storage

When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case. For extended storage, ensure the case and earphones are partially charged to preserve battery health. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance

These earphones are not water resistant. Avoid exposure to water, sweat, and high humidity to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Earphones Not Pairing

  • Ensure earphones are charged.
  • Place earphones in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
  • Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
  • Forget the device from your Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.

Sound Issues (Low Volume, Distortion)

  • Check the volume levels on both your device and through the MOONDROP Link App.
  • Ensure eartips are properly seated and clean.
  • Try different eartip sizes for a better seal.
  • Reset the earphones (refer to app or manufacturer's website for specific instructions).

Battery Drain Imbalance

If one earbud drains significantly faster, ensure both earbuds are fully seated in the charging case when not in use. Check for firmware updates via the MOONDROP Link App, as this can sometimes resolve battery management issues.

Touch Controls Unresponsive

  • Ensure the touch surface is clean and dry.
  • Verify touch control settings in the MOONDROP Link App.
  • Restart the earphones by placing them in the case and taking them out.
