This manual provides essential information for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your GASLAND TR90BS 90cm wall-mounted range hood. Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for future reference.
1.1 General Safety Warnings
- Ensure the appliance is installed by a qualified technician in accordance with local regulations.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
- Do not flambé under the range hood.
- Ensure adequate ventilation in the room when the range hood is used simultaneously with gas or other fuel-burning appliances.
- The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
- Regularly clean the grease filters to prevent fire hazards.

2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Mounting Requirements
The GASLAND TR90BS is designed for wall-mounted installation. Ensure the wall structure is strong enough to support the weight of the appliance (15 kg).
2.2 Dimensions and Clearances
Refer to the diagram below for detailed product dimensions and recommended installation height above the cooking surface.

2.3 Ducting Options
The range hood supports both extraction (ducted) and recirculation (ductless) modes. The included active carbon filter (CF176) is for recirculation mode.
- Extraction Mode: Air is expelled outside through a ducting system.
- Recirculation Mode: Air is filtered through the active carbon filter and recirculated back into the kitchen.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Control Panel
The appliance features a touch control panel with 4 power levels, including a boost function, and LED lighting control.
- Power On/Off: Touch the power icon to turn the hood on or off.
- Speed Selection: Select from 4 fan speeds (1, 2, 3, Boost) by touching the corresponding icons.
- Boost Function: Activates maximum extraction power for intense cooking fumes.
- Light Control: Touch the light icon to turn the LED lights on or off.

3.2 LED Lighting
The integrated LED lighting provides clear illumination of your cooking area.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your range hood.
4.1 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners.
4.2 Cleaning Grease Filters
The aluminum grease filters should be cleaned regularly (approximately every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage) to maintain efficiency and prevent fire hazards. They are dishwasher-safe.
- To remove: Push the latch on the filter and pull downwards.
- Clean: Wash in a dishwasher or by hand with hot water and detergent.
- To reinstall: Insert the filter back into its slot until it clicks into place.

4.3 Replacing Active Carbon Filters (CF176)
If operating in recirculation mode, the active carbon filters (model CF176) absorb odors and should be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage. These filters are not washable.
- To remove: Rotate the used carbon filter counter-clockwise to detach it.
- To install: Place the new carbon filter onto the motor housing and rotate clockwise until it locks.
5. Troubleshooting
