6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Coffee not brewing / 'Add Water' light flashing | Water tank is empty or not properly seated. | Fill the water tank with fresh water and ensure it is securely in place. |
| Coffee tastes weak or watery | Incorrect coffee-to-water ratio, 'Standard' brew selected, or old coffee grounds. | Use more ground coffee, select 'Stronger' brew, or use fresh coffee. Ensure K-Cup is properly punctured. |
| Coffee grounds in cup | Ground coffee filter overfilled or not properly closed. | Do not overfill the ground coffee filter. Ensure it is securely closed before brewing. Clean the filter thoroughly. |
| 'Descale' light remains on after cleaning | Descaling cycle not completed or not reset. | Ensure the descaling cycle is fully completed. If it remains on, repeat the descaling process and ensure the 'Hot Brew' and 'Over Ice' buttons are held for 2 seconds to reset. |
| Machine leaks water | Water tank not properly seated, or internal component issue. | Ensure the water tank is correctly and firmly seated. Check for any cracks in the tank. If leaking persists, contact customer support. |
