Important Safeguards
Before using this electrical appliance, always follow these basic precautions:
- Read all instructions.
- Check that the wall outlet voltage matches the rating plate.
- Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug, or if the appliance malfunctions, is dropped, or damaged. Return to an authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- Switch off and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching moving parts.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or hot surface.
- Do not immerse the motorized base in liquid or place it in a dishwasher.
- Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children or infirm persons.
- Keep fingers well away from moving parts.
- Do not remove the lid until the blade has completely stopped.
- Do not attempt operation without the lid in place.
- Use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer to avoid fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Check the Bean Hopper for foreign objects before use.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not put the Coffee Grinder in water or other liquid.
- Persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, can use the appliance if given supervision or instruction on safe use and understanding of hazards.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Misuse may cause potential injury.
- Exercise care when handling sharp cutting blades and during cleaning.
- Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling/disassembling parts, and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet; never pull the power cord.
- Ensure the appliance is OFF before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Avoid contacting moving parts.
- Do not operate the appliance for purposes other than its intended use.
- Do not use outdoors.
Warning
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not remove any service covers. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the Conical Burr. Only authorized personnel should repair the Conical Burr. Know Your Coffee Grinder
The coffee grinder consists of the following parts:
- 1. Bean Hopper Lid: Covers the bean hopper.
- 2. Bean Hopper: Holds the coffee beans to be ground. It features a dial for grind size adjustment (ranging from Fine to Coarse, typically 1-35).
- 3. Grinding Settings: Refers to the dial on the Bean Hopper for selecting grind fineness.
- 4. On/Off Button: Starts and stops the grinding operation.
- 5. Cup Selector: Dial to select the number of cups or shots to grind.
- 6. Cleaning Brush: Tool provided for cleaning the grinder burrs.
- 7. Grinding Chamber Lid: Covers the grinding chamber.
- 8. Grinding Chamber: Where the coffee beans are ground.
Note: The cleaning brush is intended solely for cleaning the appliance after use.
Assembly
Follow these steps for assembly:
- Install the Bean Hopper into the correct position on the appliance. Align the positioning ribs on the Bean Hopper with the grooves on the main body. The Bean Hopper can be removed when the removal indicator [downward arrow in circle] on the Bean Hopper aligns with the removal indicator [downward arrow] on the main body.
- Rotate the Bean Hopper clockwise to lock it. Once locked, the grind size can be adjusted.
- Open the lid, add coffee beans, and then close the lid.
- To achieve finer grounds, rotate the Bean Hopper clockwise. To achieve coarser grounds, rotate the Bean Hopper counterclockwise.
- Remove the sealing cover and place the grinding chamber into its correct position.
Setting and Running The Grinder
To operate the coffee grinder:
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Rotate the Bean Hopper to select the desired grind size, ranging from 1 (Fine) to 35 (Coarse). Refer to the "Coffee Grind Chart" for guidance.
- Rotate the Grinding Selector to choose the number of cups or shots. Rotate clockwise to increase the number of cups/shots, and counterclockwise to decrease. The grinder will stop automatically when grinding is complete.
- Press the On button to start grinding.
- Pause the Coffee Grinder by pressing the OFF button.
- Turn the Grinding Selector to OFF after grinding is finished.
TIP: Refer to the "Coffee Grind Setting chart" for preset settings. Experiment with different grind sizes, doses, and time settings to achieve your desired taste.
WARNING: Do not operate this appliance for longer than 3 minutes at a time, as this can cause overheating. Allow the appliance to cool down for 30 minutes if it has been operating for over 3 minutes.

Troubleshooting

Care and Cleaning
The Bean Hopper, Bean Hopper Lid, Grinding Chamber, and Grinding Chamber Lid can be cleaned with warm, soapy water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Wipe the main body of the Coffee Grinder with a soft, damp cloth and dry it with a soft dry cloth.
Cleaning The Burrs
It is recommended to clean the coffee bean hopper and burrs after every few uses to maintain optimal grinding effect and performance.
- Empty the Bean Hopper. Remove the lid and the Bean Hopper.
- Remove the upper burr.
- Clean the upper burr with the cleaning brush.
- Clean the lower burr with the cleaning brush to remove coffee residue.
- Install the upper burr in the correct position.
- Install the bean hopper and bean lid in the correct position.
Disposal
This product should not be disposed of with other household wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrollable waste disposal, it should be recycled responsibly.
Warranty

SHARDOR warrants this product against defects due to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, or alteration of the product. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, SHARDOR will replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not include the following situations:
