Getting Started (Setup)

Charging the Massager:

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:

Press the Power Button once to turn on the massager. Press and hold the Power Button for a few seconds to turn it off.

Adjusting Massage Modes and Intensity:

• Press the Direction Button to switch between clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the massage heads.
• Press the Speed Button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 available speed intensities (low, medium, high) to customize your massage experience.

Heat Function:

Press the Warm Mode Button to activate the heat function. Press it again to cycle between the two heat intensity levels (40°C and 45°C). The heat function provides soothing warmth to enhance muscle relaxation. Press a third time to turn off the heat.
