Setup
Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged using the provided Type-C charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 20 minutes.
- Charging: Connect the Type-C charging cable to the device and a suitable USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button located on the device to turn it on.

Operating Instructions
The Koilboane TC01 detector is designed for straightforward operation to quickly identify hidden cameras.
- Activate Scanning: Long press the power button to turn on the device and activate the LED flashing mode.
- Select Flash Mode: Short press the power button to cycle through the three LED flashing modes:
- Always-on Mode: For a general scan of suspicious areas.
- High-frequency Blinking Mode: For detailed identification of suspicious devices.
- Low-frequency Blinking Mode: Another blinking option for varied scanning conditions.
- Scan the Area: Bring the red filter window close to your eye. Slowly scan the area you wish to inspect, looking through the filter. The effective scanning distance is up to 5 meters.
- Identify Reflections: When the red light from the detector shines on a suspected pinhole camera lens, you will observe obvious red reflection points through the viewing window lens. These reflections indicate the presence of a camera.
- Verify Suspected Spots: If you find a suspected light spot, get closer to the area and observe carefully to confirm it is indeed a hidden camera. For best results, perform scanning in darker environments.

Maintenance
- Keep the device dry. It is not waterproof.

- Ensure you are looking directly through the red filter window.
- Move closer to suspected areas, as the effective range is up to 5 meters.
- Red light is too bright/uncomfortable: Do not look at the red light directly for prolonged periods.
