Installation Guide

The SIXWIN Android Car Stereo is designed for a plug-and-play installation in compatible Volvo S40/C30/C70 models (2006-2012). While installation is generally straightforward, professional installation is recommended to ensure proper wiring and functionality.

General Installation Steps:

Operating Instructions & Features

1. Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto

The unit supports both wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing seamless integration with your smartphone for navigation, music, calls, and more.

For Wireless CarPlay:

  1. Establish a Bluetooth connection between your iPhone and the car stereo.
  2. Open the "Zlink5" application on the car stereo.
  3. CarPlay will automatically activate.

For Wireless Android Auto:

  1. Download the Android Auto app on your Android phone.
  2. Establish a Bluetooth connection between your Android phone and the car stereo.
  3. Open the "Zlink5" application on the car stereo.
  4. Android Auto will automatically activate. (Note: Samsung phones may not be supported for Mirror Link, check compatibility for Android Auto).

2. Mirror Link Function

Mirror Link allows you to display your smartphone's screen directly onto the car stereo. This feature supports both iOS and Android devices.

Connect your phone via USB or Wi-Fi as prompted by the Mirror Link application on the stereo. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

3. GPS Navigation & WiFi

The stereo features built-in GPS navigation and WiFi connectivity. It comes pre-installed with the "Here We Go" app for offline maps.

5. Steering Wheel Control (SWC)
