3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Pre-Installation
- Turn off power at the circuit breaker.
- Select a suitable mounting location, ensuring adequate clearance for blade rotation.
3.2 Mounting Bracket Installation
Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box. Ensure the bracket is firmly attached to a structural ceiling member capable of supporting the fan's weight.
3.3 Wiring
Carefully connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring according to the wiring diagram provided in the separate wiring guide. Install the remote receiver into the canopy. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated with wire nuts.
3.4 Fan Assembly
Attach the downrod to the motor assembly, then carefully lift the fan and hang it from the mounting bracket. Connect the fan blades to the motor housing using the provided screws. Ensure all blades are securely fastened.

4. Operating Instructions
The EGLO Mission Bay ceiling fan is operated using the included 5-speed remote control.
4.1 Remote Control Functions
