Setup and Installation
Pre-Installation
- Ensure the main water supply to your shower is turned off.
- Remove your existing shower head and clean any old sealant or debris from the shower arm threads.
Installation Steps
- Step 1: Install Shower Arm/Diverter Unit. Apply Teflon tape (included) clockwise to the threads of your existing shower arm. Screw the new shower arm/diverter unit onto the shower arm until hand-tight, then tighten slightly with a wrench if necessary, ensuring the diverter knob faces downwards.
- Step 2: Attach Rainfall Shower Head. Apply Teflon tape to the threads on the top outlet of the diverter unit. Screw the 12-inch rainfall shower head onto this outlet.
- Step 3: Connect Handheld Shower Hose. Connect one end of the stainless steel shower hose to the side outlet of the diverter unit. Ensure a washer is in place before tightening.
- Step 4: Attach Handheld Shower Head. Connect the other end of the shower hose to the handheld shower head. Ensure a washer is in place before tightening.
- Step 5: Secure Handheld Shower Head. Place the handheld shower head onto the magnetic docking system integrated into the main shower arm. The buckle structure will provide additional security.

Maintenance
Nozzle Cleaning
The shower heads are equipped with anti-clogging rubber nozzles. To remove mineral buildup and maintain optimal spray performance, periodically rub the rubber nozzles with your finger or a soft brush.
General Cleaning
To clean the exterior surfaces of your shower system, use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or strong detergents, as these can damage the finish.

Troubleshooting

Leaks from Connections
- Turn off the water supply.
- Ensure all connections are tightened securely, but do not overtighten.
- Verify that plumber's tape was applied correctly and sufficiently to all threaded connections.
- Check for damaged washers in the connections and replace if necessary.
Handheld Shower Head Not Docking Securely
- Ensure the magnetic docking area on both the handheld shower head and the main arm is clean and free of soap scum or debris.
