- Drawer Wheels: Ensure the drawer wheels are free of debris and roll smoothly. Clean if necessary.
- Avoid Excessive Moisture: Keep the bed frame away from areas with high humidity or direct water exposure to prevent wood damage.
6. Troubleshooting
- Bed Frame Feels Unstable/Wobbly:
- Check all bolts and screws. Ensure they are fully tightened.
- Verify that all parts are correctly assembled according to the instructions. Disassemble and reassemble if necessary, ensuring proper alignment.
- Drawers Do Not Slide Smoothly or Fit Properly:
- Ensure the drawers are assembled correctly and the wheels are properly attached and aligned.
- Check for any obstructions under the bed frame or in the drawer's path.
- Verify that the bed frame itself is square and level. Uneven assembly can affect drawer fit.
- Do not overload the drawers, as excessive weight can hinder smooth operation.
- Squeaking Noises:
- Tighten all hardware. Loose connections are a common cause of squeaking.
- Ensure the mattress is properly seated on the slats.
