Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED display on the case will show the real-time battery percentage for both the case and individual earbuds. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. The charging case provides an additional 90 hours of playtime, with earbuds offering 6 hours per charge.

2. Fitting the Earbuds

Select the ear tips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. The unique ear-wing design helps ensure a stable fit, especially during vigorous movements common in VR gaming. Insert the earbud into your ear and gently twist it for a snug fit.

3. Connectivity Options

The IAMJOY Gaming Earbuds offer dual connectivity via a 2.4GHz wireless dongle and Bluetooth 5.4, allowing for wide compatibility and seamless switching between devices.

For ultra-low latency gaming (20ms), use the included 2.4GHz wireless dongle. Simply plug the dongle into a compatible USB port on your device (e.g., PS5, PS4, Meta Quest 2/3, Pico 4 Ultra, Oculus Quest, Steam Deck, Switch, PC, Laptop). The earbuds will automatically connect to the dongle when removed from the charging case.

Bluetooth Connection

For general use with mobile phones, tablets, or other Bluetooth-enabled devices, pair the earbuds via Bluetooth. Open the charging case, and the earbuds will enter pairing mode. Select "IAMJOY Gaming Earbuds" from your device's Bluetooth settings. The earbuds can maintain simultaneous connections with both the 2.4GHz dongle and a Bluetooth device, allowing you to answer calls mid-game without interruption.
