• Inground Pools ONLY: This product is designed exclusively for inground pools with flat, even edges. It is not compatible with uneven pool edges, metal frame above-ground pools, or inflatable pools.
• Light Sensor Functionality: If the light is turned off using the [OFF] button on the remote, the light sensor will be paused. To reactivate the light sensor, press [ON] on the remote or long-press the light’s button. A white light indicates the sensor is active again.
• Adhesive Application: Apply adhesive only to the designated area on the mounting base. Ensure proper ventilation during application.
• Water Safety: While the product is waterproof, ensure it is securely installed to prevent accidental dislodgement during pool use.

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your POOLHACKER Solar Pool Light:

1. Prepare the Installation Area: Clean the pool edge surface where the light will be installed. Ensure the surface is level, free from bumps, water stains, or sand.
2. Apply Adhesive: Apply the provided adhesive to the designated area on the mounting base. Align the solar panel with the pool edge and firmly press the mounting base onto the cleaned surface. Secure it in place.
3. Allow Adhesive to Cure: Let the adhesive sit for at least 24 hours to fully cure and ensure strong adhesion. For better adhesion, place a heavy object on the solar panel during this period.
4. Insert Light Panel: After the adhesive has fully cured (24+ hours), insert the pool LED light panel into the solar panel unit. It should snap securely into place.

Automatic Light Sensing

The light features an ultra-responsive light sensor. It will automatically turn on when dusk arrives and turn off at dawn, providing hassle-free illumination.

Using the Remote Control

Use the provided remote control to manually adjust settings:

• ON/OFF: Press the [ON] or [OFF] button to manually turn the light on or off.
• Color Selection: Choose from 10 vibrant colors to set the desired mood.
• Mode Selection: Select from 4 dynamic modes (e.g., Strobe, Gradient) for different lighting effects.
• Brightness Adjustment: Adjust the brightness level to suit your preference.
• Timer Settings: Set the auto-off timer to 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours. The default is 4 hours.

If you have multiple POOLHACKER solar lighting products, they can be synchronized. Simply switch them to the same color mode using the remote control, and they will flash in harmony. The remote control has a range of up to 98 feet.

• Solar Panel Cleaning: Regularly wipe the solar panel surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, debris, or water spots. A clean panel ensures maximum sunlight absorption for efficient charging.
• Waterproof Design: The light is fully waterproof. However, avoid submerging the solar panel portion for extended periods. The removable light panel can be used as a portable light by the poolside.
• Battery Life: The 6400mAh battery provides up to 24 hours of illumination in low-power mode on a full charge. Ensure the solar panel receives adequate direct sunlight for optimal charging, especially during peak summer months.

• Light Not Turning On Automatically at Night: If you previously turned off the light using the [OFF] button on the remote, the light sensor is paused. To reactivate the light sensor, press [ON] on the remote again or long-press the light’s button. A white light indicates the light sensor is active.
• Light Not Charging: Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving direct sunlight for several hours during the day. Obstructions like leaves, dirt, or shade can hinder charging efficiency.
