Setup and First Use
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 100 hours of total playback time. The ASAP Charge feature allows for 200 minutes of playtime with just 10 minutes of charging.
2. Pairing with Your Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings.
- Search for 'boAt Airdopes Ultra Pro' in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt, and the LED indicator on the earbuds will change.
The earbuds support Bluetooth v5.3 for stable connectivity and Google Fast Pair for quick pairing with Android devices.
3. Installing the boAt Hearables App
For enhanced control and customization, download the boAt Hearables App from your device's app store. Scan the QR code below or visit the provided link to download the app.

Operating Instructions
Touch Controls
The boAt Airdopes Ultra Pro feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. These controls can be customized via the boAt Hearables App.
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press on either earbud.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
In-Ear Detection
The earbuds feature smart in-ear detection. Music will automatically pause when you remove an earbud and resume when you place it back in your ear.

Multipoint Connectivity
Connect your Airdopes Ultra Pro to two devices simultaneously. This allows for seamless switching between audio sources, such as taking a call on your phone while listening to music on your laptop.
BEAST Mode for Gaming

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the earbuds to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
- One earbud not working: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the app or boAt support for specific reset instructions).
- Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging port is clean and free of debris.
- Low volume or poor sound quality: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud nozzles. Adjust volume on both your device and through the earbud controls.
