6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connectivity Issues

  • Keyboard not responding in wired mode: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • 2.4GHz wireless not connecting: Ensure the 2.4GHz dongle is plugged in and the keyboard is set to 2.4G mode. Try re-pairing by pressing the Fn key + R.
  • Bluetooth pairing failure: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in BT mode. Remove any previous pairings of the keyboard from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again. Ensure the keyboard is sufficiently charged.

6.2 RGB Backlight Problems

  • Lights not turning on: Check the brightness setting via the TFT screen or software. Ensure the keyboard is charged if in wireless mode.
  • Inconsistent lighting: This could indicate a loose switch or LED. Try reseating the switch or contact support if the issue persists.

6.3 Key Input Issues

  • Keys not registering or double-typing: This may indicate a faulty switch. Utilize the hot-swappable feature to replace the problematic switch with one of the included extra switches.
  • Incorrect key output: Check if any macros or key remappings are active in the software. Reset keyboard settings to default if necessary.
