1. Introduction

The VITILAN T7 Pro is a powerful electric mountain bike designed for adults, featuring a 1000W motor (1600W peak), a top speed of 35 Mph, and a long-lasting 52V 20Ah Samsung battery. Its full suspension system and 26-inch fat tires provide a comfortable and stable riding experience across various terrains.

2. Safety Precautions

• Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding.
• Familiarize yourself with local traffic laws and regulations regarding electric bikes.

3. Setup and Assembly

Your VITILAN T7 Pro electric bike comes 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly and prepare for your first ride.

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Preparation

Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Remove all protective wrapping and zip ties.

3.2 Handlebar Installation

Remove the head tube protection cover. Insert the handlebar stem into the fork and align it properly. Tighten the handlebar screws securely.

3.3 Front Wheel Installation

Loosen the nuts and remove the fork retaining screws. Carefully align the fork with the axle in the center of the wheel. Install the safety washers and nuts, then tighten them securely.

3.4 Reflector and Headlight Installation

Attach the rear reflector to the seat post. Install the front headlight by breaking off the assembly that holds it, then securely attaching it to the bike frame and connecting the yellow power cord.

3.5 Pedal Installation

Note the difference between the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Install them onto the crank arms, ensuring they are tightened correctly.

3.6 Initial Battery Charge

Before your first ride, fully charge the 52V 20Ah Samsung battery. The removable battery design allows for convenient charging both on and off the bike.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Pedal Assist Levels

Press and hold the switch to power on the display. The bike offers 1-5 levels of pedal assist. Adjust the level using the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel.

4.2 Throttle and Cruise Control

Engage the throttle for pure electric power. The bike also features a cruise control system that activates after 8 seconds of maintaining a consistent speed.

Operate the headlight and horn using their respective switches on the handlebar for enhanced visibility and safety.

4.4 Gear Shifting

The bike is equipped with a SHIMANO 8-Speed Derailleur. Use the gear shifter to change gears according to terrain and desired speed.

4.5 Display Information and USB Charging

The smart LCD display provides real-time information such as battery level, current speed, speed mode, single mileage, total mileage, and ride time. It also includes a convenient USB charge port for your devices.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Care

Regularly charge your 52V 20Ah Samsung battery. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid fully discharging the battery to prolong its lifespan.

5.2 Brake Maintenance

The bike is equipped with TEKTRO Hydraulic Disc Brakes. Regularly check brake pads for wear and ensure proper brake fluid levels. If you notice any decrease in braking performance, have them inspected by a qualified technician.

5.3 Tire Care
