Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode button to turn on the massager. The massage nodes will begin rotating.
- Select Massage Mode:
- M1 (Auto Reverse): The massage nodes will automatically reverse direction every minute. (Default mode upon power-on)
- M2 (Forward Rotation): Press the Power/Mode button once to activate continuous forward rotation.
- M3 (Reverse Rotation): Press the Power/Mode button a second time to activate continuous reverse rotation.
- Adjust Heat Function: Press the Heat button to cycle through heat settings:
- Low Heat: Approximately 107.6°F (42°C).
- High Heat: Approximately 113°F (45°C).
- Press again to turn heat off. Heat reaches desired temperature within 30-60 seconds.

- Auto Shut-Off: The massager is equipped with an auto shut-off feature after 10 minutes to prevent overuse and ensure safety. You can restart the device after a brief rest period.
