5. Maintenance
5.1 Charging the Battery
The keyboard has a built-in rechargeable Li-polymer battery. A full charge can provide approximately 6 months of use, based on 2 hours of non-stop use per day. When the battery is low, the indicator light will typically blink or change color.
To charge, connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the keyboard and to a USB power source. The charge indicator light will illuminate during charging and typically turn off when fully charged. Note that the indicator may not turn green but simply go off when charging is complete.

5.2 Cleaning
To clean the keyboard, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. The design of the keys minimizes space between them, which helps in keeping the interior clean.
6. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding:
- Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
- Check if the nano USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer.
- Recharge the keyboard battery. A low battery can cause intermittent connection issues or unresponsiveness.
- Move the keyboard closer to the USB receiver to ensure it is within the 33-foot (10-meter) operating range.
- Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
- Lagging or delayed input:
- This can often be caused by a low battery. Charge the keyboard fully.
- Ensure there are no significant obstructions between the keyboard and the USB receiver.
- Minimize interference from other 2.4GHz wireless devices.
- Charge indicator light behavior:
- The charge indicator light typically illuminates during charging and turns off when the battery is full. It may not change to a green color.
- When checking battery status by pressing the power meter button, the light may only blink once regardless of the charge level. This is normal operation.
