Controls and Ports:

  • MODE Button: Press to switch between Bluetooth, FM Radio, AUX, and MicroSD modes. Long press to turn the speaker ON/OFF.
  • Previous / Volume Down Button (◀◀): Short press for previous track (in Bluetooth/MicroSD mode) or previous station (in FM mode). Long press to decrease volume.
  • Play / Pause Button (►►): Short press to play or pause audio. In FM mode, long press to auto-scan and save stations.

Setup

  1. Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the supplied USB cable to the Micro USB charging port on the speaker and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off.
  2. Powering On/Off: Long press the MODE button to turn the speaker ON or OFF. A sound prompt will indicate the power status.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered ON and in Bluetooth mode. If not, short press the MODE button until you hear the Bluetooth mode prompt.
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Escape Speaker" from the list of found devices.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.
  5. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Optional): If you have two Escape Wireless Speakers, you can pair them for stereo sound. Power on both speakers. On one speaker, long press the Play/Pause button until you hear a pairing sound. The two speakers will automatically connect. Then, pair your device to one of the speakers as described above.

2. FM Radio Mode

  1. Short press the MODE button to switch to FM Radio mode.
  2. Long press the Play/Pause button to initiate an automatic station scan. The speaker will scan and save available FM stations.
  3. Short press the Previous/Volume Down or Next/Volume Up buttons to navigate between saved stations.
  4. Long press the Previous/Volume Down or Next/Volume Up buttons to adjust the volume.

3. Mood Light Control

  • Tap the top surface of the speaker to cycle through the 7 available RGB colors.
  • Continue tapping to adjust the brightness levels (3 levels) for each color.
  • Tap until the light turns off to disable the mood light.

4. AUX Mode

  1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX port on the speaker and the other end to the audio output of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, computer).
  2. Short press the MODE button to switch to AUX mode.
  3. Control playback and volume directly from your connected external device.

5. MicroSD Card Playback

  1. Insert a MicroSD card (up to 32GB, not included) with MP3 audio files into the MicroSD card slot on the speaker.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to MicroSD mode and begin playing audio. If not, short press the MODE button to select MicroSD mode.
  3. Use the Previous/Volume Down and Next/Volume Up buttons for track navigation.
  4. Long press these buttons to adjust volume.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the speaker's surface with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or solvents.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the speaker regularly, even if not in active use.

Troubleshooting

No sound from the speaker.Check the volume level on both the speaker and the connected device. Ensure the correct mode (Bluetooth, AUX, MicroSD) is selected.
Cannot pair with Bluetooth device.Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Move the speaker closer to your device (within 10 meters). Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device.
FM radio reception is poor.Move the speaker to a location with better signal. The USB charging cable can sometimes act as an antenna; try connecting it (without power) to improve reception.
Mood light is not working.Ensure the speaker is powered on. Tap the top surface to activate and cycle through light modes.
