5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the internal battery. Connect the included power adapter to the charging port on the rear of the unit and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The LCD display will indicate charging status.

5.2 Placement

Position the light on a stable, flat surface or use its adjustable bracket for mounting. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation. The compact design allows for versatile placement.

6. Operating Modes

6.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button located on the rear panel to turn the unit on or off.

6.2 App Control

Download the dedicated Rockville lighting app to your smartphone or tablet. Follow the in-app instructions to connect to your MINI RF4 V2 lights. The app allows for grouping lights, selecting colors, and activating various modes from a distance of 100-200 feet.

6.3 Remote Control

The included RF remote control provides direct access to various functions, including color selection, sound modes, strobe, pulse, fade, and color cycle effects. Point the remote towards the front of the light for optimal response.

6.4 DMX Addressing

The rear LCD display allows for easy DMX group and channel settings. Use the control buttons next to the LCD to navigate menus and set the desired DMX address for integration into a larger DMX system.
