2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions
The assembly process for this cabinet is designed to be straightforward. All parts are numbered, and clear instructions are provided to guide you through each step. It is recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver available. An electric screwdriver can expedite the process but use caution to avoid overtightening screws.

- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all numbered parts and hardware on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the included parts list to ensure everything is present.
- Assemble the Frame: Follow the numerical sequence in the provided instruction booklet to connect the main panels of the cabinet. Ensure all cam locks and screws are securely tightened.
- Install Shelves: Insert the shelf pins into the desired holes for the adjustable shelves. Place the shelves onto the pins. The shelves can be adjusted up or down by 3.2 cm (1.3 inches) to accommodate items of various sizes.
- Attach the Door: Secure the door hinges to the cabinet frame and then attach the door. Ensure the door opens and closes smoothly. Install the door knob.
- Install Anti-Tip Kit: Securely attach the anti-tip kit to the top rear of the cabinet and to a solid wall stud. This step is crucial for stability and safety.

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your VASAGLE cabinet, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
- Spills: Promptly clean up any spills to prevent water damage or staining.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Anti-Tip Kit: Regularly inspect the anti-tip kit to confirm it is securely fastened to both the cabinet and the wall.

7. Troubleshooting
- Cabinet Instability: If the cabinet feels unstable, ensure the anti-tip kit is correctly installed and securely fastened to a wall stud. This is critical for preventing tipping.
- Door Magnet Too Strong: If the door magnet is excessively strong, making it difficult to open without moving the cabinet, ensure the anti-tip kit is installed. This will anchor the cabinet and prevent it from shifting when the door is opened.
- Visible Warning Sticker: If a warning sticker is placed in a visible area and is difficult to remove, apply a small amount of WD40 spray to the sticker, let it sit for approximately 5 minutes, then gently scrape it off. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure no damage to the finish.
- Wood Cracking During Assembly: If wood cracks when screws are inserted, ensure you are using the correct screws for each part and avoid overtightening. Hand-tightening is often sufficient.
