4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

4.2 Cartridge Loading

The sealant gun features a U-shaped cartridge holder designed for quick and easy cartridge changes. The holder can also rotate 360 degrees to allow for optimal tool positioning during application.

  1. Rotate the U-shaped cartridge holder to an open position.
  2. Insert the sealant cartridge into the holder, ensuring the nozzle is facing forward.
  3. Rotate the holder back to secure the cartridge firmly in place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

The sealant gun is activated by pressing the trigger. Release the trigger to stop operation.

5.2 Speed Control

The tool features 6 speed settings, allowing for precise control over the sealant flow rate. Adjust the speed dial according to the viscosity of the material being used and the desired application rate. The maximum speed is 8mm/s.

5.3 Anti-Drip Function

This sealant gun is equipped with an anti-drip function designed to minimize sealant waste and maintain a clean work area. When the trigger is released, the internal pressure is relieved, preventing continued sealant flow.

5.4 Using the Hanging Hook

A convenient hook is integrated into the tool's design, allowing you to hang the sealant gun securely from a workbench or ladder between applications. This keeps your hands free and the tool easily accessible.
