4. Setup
4.1 Physical Installation
The camera can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and has access to a power outlet.
- Mark the drilling positions using the mounting template (if provided).
- Drill holes and insert wall anchors.
- Secure the camera bracket to the wall or ceiling using the provided screws.
- Attach the camera to the bracket.

4.2 Power Connection
Connect the camera to a power outlet using the provided power adapter. The camera requires a continuous power supply as it is corded electric.
4.3 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
- Download the "ISee" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register for an account or log in if you already have one.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your new camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its ID.
- Connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz network during setup.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Live View and PTZ Control
Open the ISee app to access the live feed from your camera. Use the on-screen controls to pan (270° horizontal) and tilt (90° vertical) the camera to adjust the viewing angle.

5.2 Night Vision Modes
The camera offers three night vision modes, selectable within the app:
- IR Night Vision: Provides black and white video in low light using infrared LEDs.
- Full Color Night Vision: Utilizes built-in spotlights to provide color video in dark conditions.
- Smart Night Vision: Automatically switches between IR and Full Color based on detected motion.

5.3 Two-Way Audio
Use the microphone and speaker icons in the app to enable two-way communication. This allows you to speak through the camera and hear audio from its vicinity.

5.4 Motion Detection and Alerts
Configure motion detection settings within the ISee app. You can customize detection zones and sensitivity to minimize false alarms. Real-time push notifications will be sent to your device when motion is detected. The camera also supports auto-tracking of detected human figures.

5.5 Recording and Playback
The camera supports continuous recording or event-triggered recording to a Micro SD card (up to 256GB, not included) or to cloud storage (30-day free trial available). Access recorded footage through the app's playback feature.

5.6 Multi-User Sharing
You can share access to your camera's live feed and recordings with other users through the ISee app. This is useful for family members or colleagues who also need monitoring access.

5.7 Amazon Alexa Integration

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Periodically clean the camera lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the camera.
6.2 Firmware Updates
Check the ISee app regularly for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware updated ensures optimal performance and security.
6.3 Storage Management
If using a Micro SD card, ensure it is functioning correctly. The camera will automatically overwrite the oldest footage when the card is full. Regularly review and back up important footage.
7. Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz networks.
- Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location.
- Verify the Wi-Fi password entered in the app is correct.
- Restart your router and the camera.
- No live view or recording:
- Check if the camera is properly powered on.
- Verify internet connection for both the camera and your viewing device.
- Ensure the Micro SD card is inserted correctly and not full (if local storage is used).
- Frequent false motion alerts:
- Adjust motion detection sensitivity in the app.
- Define specific detection zones to exclude areas with frequent non-threatening movement (e.g., trees swaying).
- Poor image quality:
- Clean the camera lens.
- Ensure adequate lighting for optimal night vision performance.
- Check your internet speed for streaming quality.
- Two-way audio issues:
- Ensure microphone and speaker permissions are granted to the ISee app on your phone.
- Check volume settings on your phone and within the app.
