7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Clock display is off. | Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the clock and a working electrical outlet. Check if the display brightness is set to "OFF" (press SNOOZE/DIMMER button to adjust). |
| Alarm does not sound. | Verify that the alarm is activated (alarm icon visible). Check if the alarm time is set correctly and matches the desired alarm mode (e.g., Weekday, Weekend). |
| Time is incorrect after power outage. | Ensure backup batteries are installed and are fresh. If not, replace them and reset the time. The clock retains settings with backup batteries but requires main power for display. |
| USB charging is slow or not working. | The USB port provides standard 5W charging. It is not a fast-charging port. Ensure your device and cable are compatible. Check if the clock is powered on. |
| Cannot stop a sounding alarm. | Press the SNOOZE/DIMMER button for snooze. To turn off the alarm completely, press the corresponding ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button. The alarm icon will disappear. |
