- Mark Drilling Points: Use the provided mounting sticker to mark the drilling points on the chosen surface (wall, ceiling, or pole).
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked points and insert the wall plugs if necessary.
- Mount the Camera: Secure the camera bracket to the surface using the provided screws.
- Connect Power: Connect the 3-meter power adapter to the camera and plug it into a power outlet.
- Ensure Weatherproofing: Use the waterproof kit for all cable connections to protect against moisture. The camera is IP65 weatherproof, suitable for temperatures from -30°C to 60°C.

4.2 App Connection (Xiaomi Home App)
The IMILAB EC6 Dual 3K+3K camera works seamlessly with the Xiaomi Home App for setup and control.
- Download the App: Download and install the "Xiaomi Home" app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
- Create/Log In Account: Open the app and create a new account or log in with an existing one.
- Add Device: Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner of the app to add a new device.
- Scan QR Code: Follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code located on the camera or its packaging.
- Connect to Wi-Fi/LAN:
- Wi-Fi Connection: Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- LAN Connection: If using a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable to the camera's RJ45 port.
- Pairing: The app will guide you through the pairing process. Once connected, you can name your camera and customize settings.
