Initial Charging and Battery Calibration

Upon first use, it is recommended to fully charge the charging case and both microphones. The charging case display may require a few charge/discharge cycles to accurately reflect the battery level. This is a normal characteristic for lithium batteries.

  • Place both TX units (microphones) into the charging case.
  • Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided cable.
  • Allow the units to charge until the charging case display indicates 100%.
  • For accurate battery readings, charge both TX units at least twice.

Automatic Pairing and Connection

The Lincisoonic Wireless Lavalier Microphone system features a plug-and-play design, eliminating the need for Bluetooth pairing or app installation.

  1. Remove the microphone(s) from the charging case. They will automatically power on.
  2. Insert the receiver (RX) into your phone's Lightning port.
  3. The microphone(s) and receiver will automatically pair within seconds. The LED indicator on the receiver will confirm connection.
  4. If your phone's battery is low during recording, you can connect an external power source to the RX receiver's input port to charge your phone simultaneously.

Operating Instructions

Wearing and Attachment

The Lincisoonic Wireless Lavalier Microphone offers both magnetic and clip-on attachment options for versatile placement.

  • Clip-On: Use the integrated clip to securely attach the microphone to your clothing, such as a collar or lapel.

Multi-Mode Functionality

The microphone features multiple sound modes to adapt to various recording environments. These modes can be switched using the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on the microphone unit. The LED indicator on the receiver will display the current mode.

  • Noise Reduction: Minimizes background noise for clearer audio, ideal for noisy environments.
  • Original Sound: Captures audio without any processing, preserving the natural sound.
  • Reverb: Adds an echo effect to the audio.
  • Mute: Silences the microphone output.

The system incorporates advanced HD Noise Cancellation 2.0 and DSP (Digital Signal Processing) for enhanced audio quality.

Battery Life and Range

Each microphone provides up to 14 hours of continuous recording on a single charge. The charging case extends the total usage time by providing an additional 42 hours of power, allowing for prolonged recording sessions.

The system supports an unobstructed transmission range of up to 300 feet (approximately 91 meters), ensuring stable and clear audio even over considerable distances. In environments with obstacles, the transmission distance can still reach up to 100 feet (approximately 30 meters).

Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your microphone system:

  • Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the surfaces of the microphones, receiver, and charging case.
  • For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Ensure no liquid enters the microphone grilles or charging ports.
  • Clean the charging contacts on the microphones and inside the charging case periodically with a dry cotton swab to ensure proper charging.
  • The wind muff can be gently cleaned with a soft brush or by hand-washing with mild soap and water, then air-dried completely before reattachment.

Storage

Proper storage helps extend the lifespan of your device:

  • Store the microphone system in its charging case when not in use to protect it from dust, dirt, and physical damage.
  • Keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
  • Avoid storing the device with completely depleted batteries for extended periods. Charge it periodically (e.g., every 3 months) if not used regularly.
