4. Setup

Before first use, perform the following setup steps:

4.1. Unpacking and Assembly

  1. Remove the generator and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Attach the wheel kit and handle according to the assembly instructions provided in the box.

4.2. Add Engine Oil

The generator is shipped without engine oil. Always check the oil level before each use.

4.3. Add Fuel

Use only fresh, unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87 (R+M/2). Do not use E85 fuel.

4.4. Connect Battery

The battery for the electric start may be disconnected for shipping.

This generator offers both electric start and wireless remote start.

Electric Start:

  1. Turn the fuel valve to the 'ON' position.
  2. Turn the engine switch to the 'ON' position.
  3. If the engine is cold, move the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position.
  4. Press and hold the electric start button until the engine starts.
  5. Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the 'RUN' position.

Wireless Remote Start:

  1. Ensure the generator's main engine switch is in the 'ON' position.
  2. Press and hold the 'START' button on the remote key fob for approximately 1-2 seconds. The generator should start.
  3. The remote start has a range of up to 80 feet.

Once the generator is running and stable, you can connect your electrical devices.

Manual Stop:

  1. Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
  2. Turn all circuit breakers to the 'OFF' position.
  3. Turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position.
  4. Turn the fuel valve to the 'OFF' position.

Wireless Remote Stop:

  1. Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
  2. Press and hold the 'STOP' button on the remote key fob for approximately 1-2 seconds.
