Assembly
Before first use, ensure all parts are clean and dry. Assemble the desired blade configuration according to the task.
- Select Blade: Choose the appropriate blade for dicing, slicing, shredding, or strip cutting.
- Install Blade: Carefully place the selected blade onto the spindle in the main compartment. Ensure it is securely seated and locked into place. The updated design features an integrated cutting blade and disc for simpler installation.
- Secure Lid: Close the lid of the main compartment, ensuring the safety latches are engaged.
- Position Food Pusher: Insert the food pusher into the feeding chute.

Operating Instructions
Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a 110V power outlet before operation.
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash and peel fruits or vegetables as needed. Cut larger items to fit comfortably into the feeding chute.
- Power On: Press the waterproof one-button switch to turn on the appliance.
- Feed Ingredients: Place the prepared food into the feeding chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the food towards the rotating blade. Never use your hands to push food.
- Collect Output: Position a bowl or container beneath the output chute to collect the processed food.
- Power Off: Once finished, press the power switch to turn off the appliance and unplug it from the outlet.

Ingredient Compatibility:
The Newhai DZ-18 performs best with firm fruits and vegetables. Soft or juicy ingredients may not yield optimal results.
