4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.
4.2 Filter Installation
The Jafända JF268N comes with a 3-stage filtration system, which includes a Pre-filter, True HEPA filter, and Activated Carbon filter. The filter is typically pre-installed but may require removing protective packaging before first use.
- Open the back cover of the air purifier.
- Remove the plastic packaging from the filter.
- Insert the filter back into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Close the back cover securely.

4.3 Placement
Place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface. For optimal performance, ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space around all sides of the unit, especially the air intake on the back, to allow for proper airflow.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press the On/Off button to turn the air purifier on or off.
5.2 Fan Speed Adjustment
Press the Speed button repeatedly to cycle through Low, Medium, and High fan speeds. The current speed will be indicated on the display.
5.3 Auto Mode
Press the Auto button to activate Auto Mode. In this mode, the air purifier's PM2.5 sensor will detect the air quality and automatically adjust the fan speed to optimize purification. The Air Quality Indicator light will change color according to the air quality.
