1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your BOSGAME E2 Mini PC. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to maximize its lifespan. Keep this manual for future reference.

3. Product Overview

The BOSGAME E2 Mini PC is a compact desktop computer designed for various applications, including office work, home entertainment, and streaming. It features a robust AMD Ryzen 5 3550H processor and integrated Radeon Vega 8 Graphics.

3.1 Front Panel

• Power Button: Press to turn on/off the device.
• USB 3.2 Gen1 Ports (x2): For connecting USB devices (e.g., keyboard, mouse, external drives).
• USB-C Port: Supports data transmission and 1080P@60Hz video output.
• Audio Jack: For connecting headphones or speakers.

3.2 Rear Panel

• DC Power Input: Connect the included power adapter here.
• HDMI 2.0 Ports (x2): Supports 4K@60Hz video output.
• USB 3.2 Gen1 Port (x1): For connecting USB devices.
• USB 2.0 Port (x1): For connecting USB devices.
• RJ45 LAN Port: Gigabit Ethernet connection for wired network access.

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps for initial setup of your Mini PC:

1. Connect Display: Connect your monitor(s) to the Mini PC using the HDMI ports or the USB-C port. The device supports up to three 4K displays.
2. Connect Peripherals: Plug in your USB keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports.
3. Connect Network (Optional): For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 LAN port. For wireless, Wi-Fi 5 is built-in.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC power input on the Mini PC, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
5. Power On: Press the power button on the front panel to turn on the Mini PC.
6. Initial Configuration: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the operating system setup (e.g., Windows 11 Pro).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press the power button once.
• To Power Off: Access the operating system's shutdown menu or press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

5.2 Connecting to a Network

• Wired Connection: Connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port. The system will automatically detect the connection.
• Wireless Connection (Wi-Fi 5):
  1. Navigate to the network settings in your operating system.
  2. Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
  3. Enter the network password if prompted.

5.3 Bluetooth Connectivity (BT 5.0)

To connect Bluetooth devices:

1. Ensure your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode.
2. Open Bluetooth settings in your operating system.
3. Select "Add Bluetooth or other device" and choose "Bluetooth".
4. Select your device from the list and follow any on-screen prompts to complete pairing.

5.4 Triple Display Setup

The BOSGAME E2 supports connecting up to three displays simultaneously for extended desktop or mirrored display modes.

• Connect displays using the two HDMI 2.0 ports and the USB-C port.
• Once connected, access your operating system's display settings to configure display arrangement, resolution, and orientation.

6. Maintenance

6.1 General Care

• Keep the Mini PC in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the Mini PC.

6.2 Cleaning

• Disconnect the power adapter before cleaning.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the device.
• For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Use compressed air to gently clear dust from ventilation openings.

6.3 Storage Expansion

The BOSGAME E2 Mini PC supports M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSDs for storage expansion and dual-channel DDR4 RAM for memory upgrades. Refer to the product specifications for maximum supported capacities. Consult a qualified technician for internal component upgrades.
