2.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode (USB Dongle)

2.2. Bluetooth Mode

This mode is compatible with smartphones, tablets, iPads, and other smart devices.

  • Ensure the headset is powered on.
  • Press the Power/Mode button once to switch to Bluetooth mode. The indicator light will flash, indicating pairing mode.
  • On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for "HW20" in the list of available devices.

3. Microphone Setup

The headset features an omnidirectional noise-canceling microphone.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

Volume Control

  • Rotate the Volume Control Wheel located on the earcup upwards to increase volume.
  • Rotate the Volume Control Wheel downwards to decrease volume.

Microphone Mute

  • Press the Microphone Mute button once to mute the microphone. The microphone's LED will turn red.
  • Press the button again to unmute. The microphone's LED will turn off.

Switching Modes

  • While the headset is powered on, short press the Power/Mode button to switch between 2.4GHz wireless mode and Bluetooth mode.
  • The indicator light will change to reflect the active mode (refer to LED indicator section).

Breathing Lights

  • The headset features stylish breathing lights on the earcups. These lights are active when the headset is powered on.
  • There is no specific control to turn these lights off independently.

Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your headset.
