- Step 2: Attach the Canopy Top
Drape the canopy top over the partially opened frame. Secure the corners of the canopy to the frame's corner posts using the attached Velcro straps or clips. Ensure the canopy is centered and evenly distributed. - Step 3: Fully Extend and Lock the Frame
Continue pulling the frame outwards until it is fully extended. Engage all locking mechanisms on the legs and crossbars. This may require some force and coordination between two people. Ensure all pins click into place securely.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Sidewall Management
The six sidewalls are removable and interchangeable. They attach to the canopy frame using Velcro. The double-sided zippers allow for convenient entry and exit. You can choose to install all, some, or none of the sidewalls depending on your event's needs and weather conditions.
5.2 Height Adjustment
The canopy features adjustable legs, allowing you to set the height between 99.6 inches (lowest position) and 107.4 inches (highest position). To adjust, press the release buttons on each leg and slide the inner leg to the desired height, ensuring the locking pin engages securely.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.
- Frame Care: Inspect the steel frame periodically for any signs of rust or damage. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the canopy and store all components in the provided roller bag in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect all parts for wear and tear, especially the fabric, zippers, and frame connections. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
7. Troubleshooting
- Difficulty in Setup: Ensure two people are assisting with setup. The frame may require firm but gentle force to fully extend and lock. Check that no parts are snagged or misaligned.
- Canopy Instability: Verify that all legs are fully extended and locked at the same height. Ensure the canopy is properly anchored with all provided stakes, ropes, and sandbags. Do not use in high winds.
- Water Leakage: While the canopy is waterproof, ensure the fabric is taut and properly secured to the frame to prevent water pooling. Check for any tears or punctures in the fabric.
- Zipper Issues: If zippers are stiff, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant. Avoid forcing zippers if they are stuck.
