Operating Instructions
Finding Your Items
There are several ways to locate your EMONAIR Air Tracker Tags:
- Play Sound (Within Bluetooth Range): If your item is within 200 feet (Bluetooth range), open the Find My app, select your EMONAIR tag, and tap Play Sound. The tag will emit a loud sound (80-100 decibels) to help you pinpoint its location. You can also ask Siri for assistance.
- Map Navigation (Out of Bluetooth Range): If your item is beyond Bluetooth range, the Find My app will display its last known location on a map. You can then use the map to navigate to the item's general vicinity.

Left-Behind Remind & Lost Mode
- Left-Behind Remind: The Find My app can notify you instantly if your EMONAIR tag goes out of Bluetooth range from your iOS device. This feature helps prevent you from forgetting important items.
- Lost Mode: If an item with your tag is lost, you can activate Lost Mode in the Find My app. This allows any nearby Apple device on the Find My network to anonymously detect your tag's location and update you. You can also add contact information so that if someone finds your tag, they can easily return it to you.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The EMONAIR Air Tracker Tags use a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery, which typically lasts 12 to 25 months. You can check the battery status directly within the Find My app. To replace the battery:
- Locate the small screw on the back of the tag.
- Use a small screwdriver to open the battery compartment.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Securely close the battery compartment.

Water and Dust Resistance
The EMONAIR Air Tracker Tags are rated IP67, meaning they are resistant to water splashes, rain, and short-term submersion. This ensures your items remain safe in various conditions. However, prolonged submersion or exposure to high-pressure water jets is not recommended.
Troubleshooting
- Tag not pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device. Make sure the tag is powered on (press the button until it beeps). Try restarting your iOS device and the tag.
- Sound is too low: The tag emits a sound between 80-100 decibels. Ensure there are no obstructions muffling the sound.
- Inaccurate location: Location accuracy depends on the Apple Find My network. In areas with fewer Apple devices, location updates might be less frequent or precise.
- Battery draining quickly: Ensure the tag is not constantly being searched for or ringing, as this can deplete the battery faster. Check the battery status in the Find My app.
