Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your Sakugi Clothes Rack, follow these simple maintenance tips:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the metal frame and mesh shelf with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
- Caster Care: Keep the casters free of debris (hair, lint) to ensure smooth rolling. Lubricate if needed.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your clothes rack, refer to the following common solutions:
- Rack feels wobbly: Ensure all connection points, especially where the vertical poles meet the base and top rods, are fully engaged and tightened. Verify that the spring buttons are securely locked.
- Casters not rolling smoothly: Check for any hair or debris wrapped around the caster wheels. Clean them thoroughly. If the issue persists, ensure the casters are correctly installed and not overtightened.
- Casters not locking: Confirm that the locking mechanism on the designated casters is fully engaged. If they still do not lock, inspect for any obstructions or damage to the locking lever.
- Clothes sliding off ends: The rack is equipped with anti-slip stoppers at the ends of the hanging rods. Ensure these are in place.
