Important Safety Instructions

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the interior of the pot and the lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the pot with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  3. Placement: Place the electric hot pot on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.
  4. Connect Power: Ensure the appliance is turned off. Insert the power adapter into the designated port on the hot pot, then plug the other end into a standard 110V US electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The control panel features a digital display and several buttons for various cooking functions:

  • ON/OFF: Long press for 3 seconds to power on or off the appliance.
  • Function Button: Press to cycle through cooking modes: Steamed Food, Stew/Cook, Keep Warm, Hot Beverage, Rice Porridge, Shabu-shabu.
  • Keep Warm / Set Timing (+): Use this button to activate the keep warm function or to adjust the timing for delayed start (reservation function).

Basic Cooking Steps

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients and water into the pot. Ensure the water level does not exceed the maximum fill line indicated inside the pot.
  2. Power On: Long press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. The digital display will illuminate.
  3. Select Function: Press the Function button repeatedly until the indicator light next to your desired cooking mode illuminates (e.g., Stew/Cook for ramen, Rice Porridge for oatmeal).
  4. Start Cooking: The appliance will begin heating automatically after selecting a function.
  5. Monitor: For dishes prone to boiling over, such as porridge or oatmeal, monitor the cooking process and adjust the lid position if necessary to prevent spills.
  6. Keep Warm: After cooking is complete, the appliance will automatically switch to the Keep Warm mode for up to 9 hours.
  7. Power Off: When finished, long press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn off the appliance, then unplug it from the wall outlet.

Using the Reservation Function (Delayed Start)

The hot pot features a 12-hour reservation function, allowing you to set a delayed start time for your cooking.

  1. Add Ingredients: Prepare your ingredients and place them in the pot.
  2. Power On: Long press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.
  3. Select Function: Press the Function button to choose your desired cooking mode.
  4. Set Reservation Time: Press the Keep Warm / Set Timing (+) button. The display will show a time. Each press will increase the delay time. Set the desired delay (up to 12 hours).
  5. Confirm: After setting the time, the appliance will automatically start the countdown. Once the countdown finishes, the cooking process will begin.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your electric hot pot.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
