3. Safety Instructions

• Do not immerse the heating base in water. This can cause short-circuiting and damage the unit.
• Ensure the power cord is securely connected before use.
• Always open the steam vent on the lid during heating to allow steam to escape.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• Only use the provided power cords with the lunch box.
• Avoid placing the lunch box on unstable or heat-sensitive surfaces during operation.

4. Setup

1. Place your food into the stainless steel container (for main dishes) and/or the PP container/fruit tray (for sides or cold items).
2. Assemble the containers within the main lunch box unit. The 2.5L stainless steel container fits into the heating base, and the 1L PP container or 0.45L fruit tray can be placed on top, depending on your meal.
3. Ensure the lid is fully aligned with the edges of the lunchbox. Press the lid firmly, then lock the four latches on the sides to secure it.
4. Open the steam vent on the lid before heating.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power Connection

The Xflyee Electric Lunch Box supports multiple power sources:

• 110V Home/Office Use: Use the provided home power cord.
• 12V Car Use: Use the provided car power cord for standard car outlets.
• 24V Truck Use: Use the provided car power cord for truck outlets.

Plug the appropriate power cord into the designated port on the side of the lunch box. The indicator light on the front will illuminate when power is connected and heating begins.

5.2 Heating Food

Heating times may vary based on the food type, quantity, and ambient temperature:

• Summer: Approximately 20-30 minutes.
• Winter: Approximately 30-40 minutes.

The 90W high power ensures efficient heating. Always ensure the steam vent is open during heating.

5.3 Using the Dual Container Design

The lunch box features a versatile two-tier design:

• You can heat both the 2.5L stainless steel container and the 1L PP container simultaneously.
• Alternatively, you can choose to heat only the 2.5L stainless steel container.

This design helps separate different food types and prevents odor mixing.

5.4 Lid Alignment and Sealing

To ensure proper sealing and prevent leaks, align the lid correctly before latching. If the lid is difficult to close, ensure the silicone seal is properly seated and not twisted.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

• The detachable stainless steel container, PP container, fruit tray, and lid are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended).
• The main heating base unit should never be washed with water or immersed in any liquid. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

7. Troubleshooting

• Food not heating: Ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into both the lunch box and the power source. Check if the indicator light is on.
• Lid difficult to close: Verify that the silicone seal is properly seated and not twisted. Ensure no food particles are obstructing the seal.
• Steam not escaping: Confirm the steam vent on the lid is open during heating.
